DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our mission, be it global or in a consortium with architects, BEG Ingénierie offers a design and execution project management service for complex projects: thanks to our integrated Design Office, we are involved at all stages of the project: architectural and technical design (DIAG-FAISA-APS-PC), study preparation (APD-PRO), business consultations (DCE-ACT), execution and steering project management during the construction phase (DET-OPC) through to the approval (AOR) and full completion of works. We manage the different phases, through permanent dialogue with our client, so we can define a tailor-made project, coordinate progress and adapt to their needs at every stage.

A single point of contact with a guaranteed price, schedule and service quality, to successfully deliver an operational project… in other words, turnkey. Each project is supervised from A to Z: BEG Ingénierie integrates all the components necessary for the successful completion of your building, from ensuring that the architectural project meets your operational needs, to managing your insurance and monitoring the operation during the ten-year warranty period.
PROJECT SET-UP
We rely on our experience and our knowledge of the terrain in order to offer land sites which are ideally situated and to define coherent real-estate development programmes for our clients. We carry out technical, financial and administrative feasibility studies for commercial, logistics or business parks, as well as tertiary or mixed-use projects for city centres. We apply for urban planning authorisations (building permits, ICPE, AEC), handle marketing and construction, and manage resale to an investor (as off-plan sale or finalised project).

Our multidisciplinary Design Office is composed of architects, engineers and technicians specialised in Architecture, Roads & Utilities, Structure, Electricity, Fluids, Sustainable Development and also includes Economists.
It is involved in projects from the design stage in order to optimise choices and pre-scaling, then at each stage of the study (design and monitoring of execution).
It enables us to provide a global response to your projects’ requirements and your objectives and to respond quickly to all issues.
BIM
Building Information Modeling
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a 3D modelling procedure used in the design of the building. This technology, widely used today, makes it possible to visualise and simulate the future building, and to carry out the spatial synthesis of all its components. But it is much more than that; it is a working method that encourages interaction between BEG Ingénierie teams, partner companies and with the customer. This facilitates project understanding, efficiency and data exchange. The project is optimised, and it progresses faster, with a greater understanding of the requirements. BIM thus facilitates collaboration throughout the project, improves its quality and gives the client a better view of their project.

Environmental performance
A BEG Ingéniérie commitment
We strive to make our buildings and our worksites as virtuous as possible. In agreement with the client, we undertake a certification process for most of our projects, integrating a certain number of environmental requirements at the design stage and then during site monitoring.
By bringing together all the players involved in the construction of a building, all with the aim of achieving an agreed level of certification, we do everything possible collectively to fully satisfy the requirements of the certification bodies.
Certification BREEAM
We have obtained BREEAM certifications for some of the most emblematic projects of recent years, including the Alma shopping centre in Rennes (35) for UNIBAIL-RODAMCO and Muse in Metz (57) for APSYS and Posnania at Poznań (Poland), also for APSYS.

EHQ Certification (Environmental High Quality)
In November 2018, we also obtained Exceptional for HQE (Environmental High Quality) certification [French green building standard] achieving High Performance in 14 target areas for the ITM Erbrée logistics platform (35) and the associated building for offices, a first in France.
