Rehabilitation and Conversion of the former Leroy Merlin DIY adjacent to the shopping centre into a shopping mall.
Considering the dilapidated state of the building and the current evolution of the sales programme, a major rehabilitation of the existing building was necessary. The nature of the land (12 m of peat) and the existing structure (post-tensioned beams with continuity on supports) made the operation more complex. Afterwards, an extension was built to accommodate medium-sized areas.
