The Hauts de France agency delivered the turnkey building project of a 9,500 m² distribution centre on behalf of GOODMAN in Avion (near Lens).
The building consists in a logistics unit of approximately 8,200 m², offices, technical and social premises of circa 1,200 m².
The facade of the office part is covered with a brick cladding, made by a company in Douai, a way of anchoring the building in the tradition of the region.
A canopy of circa 2,900 m² for the loading of light commercial vehicles completes the project, as well as car park spaces for light and heavy vehicles.
The building will be certified BREEAM Very Good.
