UNO / IMMOBIS shopping centres

Construction of 3 shopping centres UNO for IMMOBIS.

IMMOBIS BOUIRA (In the South-East of Algiers)
First shopping centre of the Algerian Company Immobis, opened in 2011.
With a surface area of 18,189 m²,  this centre comprises:

• An hypermarket UNO with a sales area of 5, 870 m²
• A shopping mall of 5,337 m²
• A car park of 1,000 spaces

IMMOBIS AÏN DEFLA (In the South-West of Algiers)
Opened in April 2012.

With a surface area of 20,044 m², this centre comprises:

• An hypermarket UNO with a sales area of 5,200 m²
• A shopping mall of 9,365 m²
• A car park of 1,000 spaces

IMMOBIS MOSTAGANEM (In the South-West of Algiers).

With a surface area of 17,287 m², this centre comprises:

• An hypermarket UNO with a sales area of 6,150 m²
• A shopping mall of 4,787 m²
• A car park of 1,312 spaces

For these three projects, BEG Ingénierie was entrusted with the full project management including the architecture.
