Construction of Intermarché’ s first automated platform with a surface area of 67,000 m²:

40,500 m² of dry warehouses including fully mechanized 28,000 m² (WITRON process)
25,000 m² of fresh and frozen warehouses
4,500 m² of offices and technical premises
An automated high-rise warehouse of 35 m,
The site obtained the exceptional HQE certification, a first time in France for an automated building, as well as the AFILOG 3 stars and Effinergie+ labels

Delivery in 3 phases : February, May 2018 and March 2019 to allow the fast commissioning of the site.
