With the important growth of out-of-home catering in recent years, STEF has reorganized its supply chain and decided to create dedicated platforms:
Five new platforms were built in 2018. The Miramas platform, which was entrusted to BEG Ingénierie is the sixth building to serve restaurants in south-east France.
Construction of a 10,000 m² turnkey, temperature-controlled logistics platform that will be certified HQE High Performance. It includes an office area of 1,200 m².
This is the second project carried out for STEF after the platform built in Poupry (North of Orléans) (3,230 m² for chocolate products, confectionery, dry food).
