Transity: support to optimise the energy performance of buildings

Our Transity by BEG offer enables you to embark on your energy transition with the support of experienced engineers who understand your business sector and the issues you face. All the departments within our integrated, multidisciplinary Design Office (architecture, structural & infrastructure works, fluids, electricity) are on-boarded to advise on works that we know are feasible and for which we can also provide support.

There are five stages to this offer:

1 – Documentary analysis

[We study all the documents relating to your project (plans, energy bills, diagnostics and work carried out, claims declarations, etc.). We take into account the year of construction, the uses of the building, the types of surface area, the temperature set points, the opening hours, the energy equipment and the type of energy used.

We select the reference year and enter it on the OPERAT platform.]

2 – On-site visit

[We study the characteristics of the site: performance of the budget, the technical and energy installations (electricity, HVAC, BMS) and thereafter their management.]

3 – Audit

[Our technical, energy and economic analysis enables us to identify the potential for energy savings and financial optimisation, quantify the amount of work required and forecast ROI timeframes]

4 – Summary Report

[We submit a detailed report setting out our observations of the existing situation and the condition of the equipment, together with a three-level rating scale for obsolescence and energy performance. We submit an action plan with short/medium/long-term improvement and renovation work, in the form of scenarios that comply with the tertiary sector and BACS decree. The customer can then decide which actions to take with full knowledge of the facts.]

5 – In-depth support – Energy Master Plan

[Once the audit has been carried out, we provide support for medium- and long-term regulatory deadlines (monitoring the achievement of energy consumption reduction targets by 2030, 2040 and 2050).
Where appropriate, this includes assistance with tertiary decree modulation files and analysis of the possible pooling of results.]
