After technical studies carried out by L35 architects, work on the building site quickly took off and all of the design, project coordination and implementation teams were fully mobilised for this flagship project for BEG Ingénierie.
The roof will be almost entirely living. The showroom is intended to receive their retailers who specialise in household capital goods.
This large-scale project perfectly illustrates our eagerness to expand Turnkey services to tertiary buildings with high quality demands.
BEG Ingénierie is also constructing a logistics building for JJA in Flixecourt. The development is to include 8 conventional logistics units of 12,000m² along with 4,000m² of office space and ancillary premises.
Building began last June with roads and ancillary services and the foundations. The first part of the frame was laid in late August. Flooring is expected to be laid this month.
In 2009, BEG Ingénierie built JJA’s 1st logistics platform in Amiens. At the time it was the biggest in France, with a total surface area of 110,000m² with a layout in which units were back-to-back.
