The renovation and the development of the Les 3 Fontaines shopping centre is an exceptional project, and part of Great Centre-Heart of the Conurbation project of Cergy Pontoise.
It comprises the creation of:
- Construction of a new 7-level parking lot with 900 additional parking spaces.
- The development of the shopping mall with the opening of a New Generation food court including 14 restaurants (3,600 m²)
- A new Auchan hypermarket totally renovated and reorganized on one single level instead of two
- 72 new shops to come
BEG Ingénierie is in charge of the work management and responsible for the mission of the Technical Design Office in mechanics & electricity.
This major change in the city centre was carried out in two phases in order to guarantee 2,000 parking lot spaces at all times and to maintain customer reception.
