This building is one of the largest apartment blocks ever built in the Metz agglomeration, located opposite the Pompidou Art Centre, 5 minutes walk from the TGV station. It comprises:
- 2 levels of infrastructure including 1,235 car park spaces and the Carrefour Market sales area (5,500 m²).
- 2 levels of shops on the ground floor and first floor served by an interior mall with 113 shops including 10 restaurants and 12 medium-sized stores: Primark, Mango, Zara, Habitat, Killwatch, Hippopotamus, il Ristorante, Burger King, etc….
- A roof terrace garden level second floor.
