Covering a surface of 25,000 sq.m, the retail park of Haguenau comprises 7 buildings : one 9,000 sq.meter of selling area for Leroy Merlin which was supplied turnkey and six commercial buildings including twelve rented medium sizes.
the project includes comprises the layout of a crossroad , connected to the existing retail park TAUBENHOF and a roundabout on the secondary road named Route du Rhin (sold back to the Townhall)
BEG Ingénierie went further than the requirements of the environmental specifications set by the Townhall, designed and developed with the Architects L35 and the Agency Laverne, a retail park with a high environmental value, BREEAM GOOD standardised: large inertia buildings with a reinforced insulation, waste water treatment, humid areas to encourage the conservation and the development of protected species, cycle lanes, and electric charging stations for electric vehicles are some of the technical solutions and arrangments implemented to protect the environment and the biodiversity.
This project was developed in the frame of a property development agreement.
